The field situation is a window with an arc, and the position that the customer needs to measure is the inner outline of the entire window, as shown in the figure.

The traditional measurement method needs to make template lofting on site, which is time-consuming and laborious. And in the processing, there is no direct measurement data, can not be connected to the processing equipment.

So how does it work if you measure it with our scanner?

 Install the device on the foot rack. Adjust the position of the ball head to 90 degrees so that the entire device is turned sideways. As the picture shows:

2、At the same time, the position of the device is also placed, it should be noted that the scanner field of view can scan all the measurement positions, and the laser point measurement position is parallel.

3、Once the position is in place, you can begin to measure.

After scanning will produce the data. 

The actual measurement is about 656, the error is less than 1mm, and the data can be directly imported into the machining center, water knife, or five-axis bridge cutting.
